Ale Gicqueau President & CEO M.S. in Engineering, UC Davis & M.S. in Engineering, Ecole Centrale Paris Ale started his career at IBM. Prior to founding Clinovo, Ale worked in healthcare informatics in companies such as Axolotl (acquired by Ingenix) to develop advanced Clinical Networking solutions to meet the diverse and changing needs of physicians, hospitals, RHIOs and statewide HIEs to achieve interoperability across entire medical trading areas. |

Marc Desgrousilliers Chief Technology Officer B.E.D.S.M. in Electrical Engineering, Centre d'Instruction Navale, St. Mandrier, France Marc has worked with both startups and large international companies throughout the Silicon Valley, including VERITAS where Marc ran a large worldwide engineering organization, and Microsoft where he led the development of most of the network management services on Windows. |

Pascal Royet Vice President of Business Operations B.A in International Relations, San Francisco State University Pascal Royet joined Clinovo in October 2011, bringing over 23 years of experience in sales and business development including 12 years in the life sciences industry. Pascal's extensive expertise includes EDC, IVR, IWR, Patient Diaries, Drug Development Regulatory, eCTD, IND, NDA, Drug Development, manufacturing GMP, GLP, SOP and QA. At Clinovo, Pascal will be heading the business development, staffing and marketing departments. In his role, he will be responsible for developing new business to further continue Clinovo's fast-pace growth. Pascal is highly dedicated to establishing and nurturing long-term relationships and win-win partnerships. He will focus on delivering the highest quality possible for our customers. |

Nader Molavi Medical Director MD, Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran Nader Molavi practiced Medicine in Iran before moving to Australia to study Biomedical Engineering. He then moved to the US where he worked in the high tech industry before working on research projects at Stanford University on Alzheimer's Disease in 2004. He also worked with the Ob/Gyn department of Stanford University on a gestational diabetes study. Nader has been working in different capacities in Medical and Clinical affairs at Abbott Laboratories, ArthroCare, and Clinovo since 2005 and has a broad experience in all aspects of clinical trials, Investigator initiated-Sponsored Studies, EU Clinical Evaluations, and clinical risk management. He is an active member of IISRA (iisra.org) and is currently serving as the treasurer. |

Sophie McCallum Marketing & HR Manager MBA from ESCP Europe, Paris Sophie McCallum joined Clinovo in April 2010 as a Marketing & HR Manager. Prior to Clinovo, Sophie worked both in global marketing and corporate communication at BNP Paribas in market finance. She has experience in various consulting firms and has set up several entrepreneurial projects. At Clinovo, Sophie's role is to elaborate and implement Clinovo's marketing and communication strategy. To that end, she leverages product marketing, online advertising, event planning and lead generation. She initiated the launch of our webinars series, our BioTalks industry events, has been very active in the community, and managed the development of CDISC Express and our Staffing Branch. Sophie is passionate about finding new, innovative ideas to help the company build a strong brand recognition in the industry. |

Trisha Heredia Director of Business Development & Staffing B.A. from Sonoma State University Prior to Clinovo, Trisha worked for several well-known clinical staffing agencies, where she successfully extended business throughout the Bay Area.Trisha has developed business with several major biotech companies, including Genetech, Gilead, Onyx, BioMarin, Amgen and Abbott Vascular. Trisha won several national awards for her outstanding sales strategy and quality support. At Clinovo,Trisha will be in charge of generating revenues from Clinovo's innovative clinical data solutions & biometrics services. Trisha has a genuine passion for developing win-win partnerships and providing the right staffing resources for sponsors. |

Venkata Narasingam Sungishala Sr. Manager of EDC MBA from Kakatiya University, India Venkat joined Clinovo in 2011 as a Sr. Manager of EDC. Venkat brings over 5 years of experience in design and development of clinical studies using Medidata Rave® platform and open source EDC systems. Venkat is a Medidata certified study builder in Rave 5.6.3/5.6.4 versions and has hands-on experience in developing complex custom functions and complex edit checks configuration. He is also well experienced in implementing and customizing study protocols the #1 open-source EDC system, OpenClinica. Prior to Clinovo, Venkat worked as a Custom Functions Development Project Manager at Paradigm InfoTech (India) Pvt. Ltd, a Medidata Services partner. He managed a team of 15 EDC developers and handled study builds, custom functions and production support issues for many of Medidata’s customers. During this experience, he has worked on numerous studies for leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies, including Bayer, Daiichi, Genentech, Gilead, Icon, Johnson & Johnson, Janssen, Lundbeck, and Takeda. |

Erik Rasmussen Manager of CDM Erik Rasmussen joined Clinovo in 2011 as Manager of CDM. Erik has 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, all in Clinical Data Management. He has experience leading CDM teams for paper based and EDC studies. Erik is fluent in multiple RDC and paper based clinical databases including Oracle Clinical, Oracle Clinical RDC and Medidata Rave. Prior to Clinovo, Erik led studies at CROs Clinimetrics and Omnicare Clinical Research. At Clinimetrics, Erik led one of the biggest studies contracted, taking it from study start-up, through rapid conduct and close-out. His Data Management skills include multiple years of Lead Clinical Data Manager experience, discrepancy management, Data Management document control (DMP, Edit Specifications Document, CRF instructions etc.) and user acceptance testing. |

Jian Dai Manager of SAS Programming PhD in Theoretical High-Energy Physics and Mathematical Physics from Peking University, Beijing, 2002 Since he joined Clinovo in 2009, Jian has been providing quality service to Clinovo’s major clients including Genentech and Concentric Medical and Abbott Vascular in the fields of Clinical Application, Clinical Programming and Statistical Programming. In particular, he was selected to support FDA advisory panel for a clinical trial by one of the world's leading medical device companies. Prior to Clinovo, Jian conducted academic research in String Theory and Quantum Field Theory, and worked as an editor for mathematics journals for seven years. |
